Purpose of the privacy policy

GDP Limited Liability Company Limited partnership, entered into the National Court Register, 12th Commercial Division for the Capital City of Warsaw under the number 0000598100, NIP 5213719887, REGON 363567197, appreciates the trust you have shown us by providing us with your personal data. We promise to treat your Personal Data in accordance with this policy, applicable laws and your decisions. We use Personal Data to fulfill your orders, send you the e-mail messages you have subscribed to or otherwise contact you if you have consented to it. At the same time, we use your personal data to improve our products and streamline purchasing processes in our store through any channel.

This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of Personal Data collected and processed online, as well as Personal Data collected through other channels (telephone, stationary stores, contests with prizes, unless otherwise specified).

This Privacy Policy aims to give you a clear picture of how we process the Personal Data you provide, our commitment to protect it, your rights and the options you have to control Personal Data and protect your privacy.

The administrator of your personal data obtained in the manner described in this document (section How and Which Personal Data We Collect) is PKB Spółka z oo sp.k. with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Solec 18 lok. B21 (00-410 Warsaw), which you can contact by mail or by writing to the following e-mail address:  biuro@tec2000.in . We have appointed a personal data protection officer, whom you can contact by mail by writing to the address of our registered office and to the e-mail address:  biuro@tec2000.in.

Terms used

“Personal Information” is any information that relates to you and identifies you personally, alone or in combination with other information available to us. The GDP company will collect various Personal Data that you provide to us, including your purchase history. The GDP company will not collect any special categories of Personal Data (unless otherwise specified).

“Newsletters” are electronic messages that contain information about informational purposes, offers, events, promotions and any other information that the GDP Company wants to share with you;

“Processors under the Agreement” are partners with whom the company PKB has signed a contract in writing and who process Personal Data only on behalf of the GDP Company and do not disclose it to third parties.

“Website” refers to the website www.TEC2000.in.

Personal data collected

Your Personal Data is collected by:

  • Subscribing to the newsletter – the user subscribes to receive e-mail messages that include messages about information, offers, events, promotions and any other information that the GDP Company wants to share with you
  • Order (via the Internet or by phone) – when ordering products, you must provide us with your Personal Data in order to complete the order;
  • Registration – The company PKB offers the possibility of registration on the website, so you do not have to complete the delivery data each time you order a product. Registration is not required when purchasing, and you decide for yourself whether you want to register or not;
  • Prize Competitions – various Personal Data are collected as part of participation in Prize Competitions, their rules are set out in separate Regulations. Please check the Competition Regulations before making a decision to participate;
  • Stationary stores: You can also share your Personal Data with our team in stationary stores. Of course, this is not required for purchase.

Depending on the Personal Data you want to share, as well as on the purpose or method of collecting Personal Data, collected from you may be:

  • E-mail adress;
  • Name;
  • Last name;
  • Address;
  • ZIP code and city;
  • Telephone number (landline and / or mobile);
  • Date of birth;
  • Sex.

Based on the use of the website (registration, order …), the browser sends information about the user via our servers, including the IP address, date and time of the visit and information about the time spent on our website, referral URL (website from which you are coming); subpages visited on our websites; and information about the device or browser (for example, browser type and version, operating system).

Processing of personal data

Execution of the contract

If you have ordered Products from the GDP Company, we will use your Personal Data to send you the ordered products and to contact you regarding the status of your order by e-mail, telephone or otherwise. This will be done in order to fulfill the purchase contract. We will also send your Personal Data to the shipping company and warehouse so that your order can be shipped and delivered to your delivery address. In this way, we process Personal Data on the basis of a purchase and sale contract that we have concluded with you.

We may also use your age data to check that you are old enough to enter into a valid purchase contract and that we can process your Personal Data. We use personal data in this way based on a legal obligation.

Personal data is protected in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ( general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE. If you contact us by e-mail, telephone, chat (on our websites or on social networks), we will process your Personal Data, including your order information and purchase history, to resolve the problem and provide you with the best service. We will process such Personal Data in the manner necessary to perform the contract with the GDP Company or if it is required by law.

Personalized communication

  • If you have subscribed to our newsletters and thus have expressed your wish to receive our e-mails and agreed to our Privacy Policy, we will send you a personalized e-mail communication based on your consent;
  • If you have given your consent (online, by phone or in-store) for personalized communication, we may communicate with you by phone, SMS, e-mail or through printed materials, e.g. catalogs.
  • We may also send you catalogs based on our legitimate interest
  • In order to provide you with a better experience in the purchasing process, we can send you offers of products specially tailored to your preferences. This type of personalization is based on your previous purchases and actions on our websites and is based on a legitimate interest of the company.

Analyzes

The GDP company will also use your Personal Data for analyzes and research (such analyzes and research will be conducted on an anonymised basis where possible), which is necessary for our legitimate interest, understanding our customers and your preferences, identifying patterns and trends, increasing user satisfaction, the provision of information, content and offers tailored to your needs, general research and statistical purposes and aggregated reporting purposes, to develop new products and services, monitor the performance of existing products and services, and improve our technology to be able to send personalized marketing messages and display online advertisements.

Provision of personal data

Processor under contract

We respect the trust you have placed in us by sharing your Personal Data, and we will not share it with anyone else for their own use or for their own purpose. However, we may share Personal Data with our partners – entities with whom we have signed contracts, e.g. in the scope of delivery of products ordered by you (our warehouse, courier company), payment for orders (e.g. banks), implementation of personalized communication (printing houses, delivery) etc. We have entered into a written consent with these companies to process your Personal Data only for the purposes set out above

Social media

The websites of the PKB Company may provide plugins from various social networks. If you choose to interact (by registering a social media account), your activity on our website or through our applications may also be available to that social network, based on the privacy principles that you agreed to when registering for that network. If you do not want to share this information, please log out of such social media.

State institutions

In the event of any request from law enforcement or law enforcement authorities, and for certain legal processes, investigations, etc., the company PKB may disclose personal data to such authorities.

With your consent

In addition to the above, GDP may disclose your Personal Data only with your prior consent. This is not standard practice, but it may happen in the future.

Withdrawal of consent

If you want to limit your communication with the Company PKB to some communication channels or even exclude all, you can do so at any time by sending us an e-mail or by calling us.

In addition, you can unsubscribe from our e-mail communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link found in the header or footer of each promotional e-mail (newsletter) from Company PKB.

We will make every effort to withdraw your consent as soon as possible. Due to the specifics of the business process and technical limitations, it is possible that you will still receive emails with marketing offers and other content from the Company PKB within 15 days from the date of withdrawal of consent. (in case the e-mail has already been sent or in the sending phase). We apologize in advance and ask for your understanding.

The GDP company wants to comply with the internationally recognized rules and regulations regarding Personal Data. For this purpose, and based on your opinion, we will update this Privacy Policy to ensure that it is error-free and contains relevant information about your rights and activities related to the processing of Personal Data, and that it complies with applicable laws and best practices.
